Payments are non-refundable

Bids on TopSpot buy a place in a live, competitive ranking. Because the placement is delivered immediately and continuously, payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical fault.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law.

Where a refund is issued, the corresponding amount is reversed from the listing's cumulative total, which may change its rank.

Chargebacks & disputes

If a payment is charged back or disputed, we reverse the corresponding amount from the listing's total and may hide the listing pending resolution.
