1. What TopSpot is

TopSpot is a paid directory / advertising placement service. Listings are ranked solely by the cumulative amount of money committed to them. Ranking is not an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of quality.

2. Paid placement

You purchase a cumulative total, not a guaranteed position. Your position is whatever your total earns relative to other listings at the moment your payment settles. Amounts are computed by us on the server; you pay the difference between your target and your current total.

3. Non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion (for example, to reverse fraud or a duplicate charge). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not list content that is illegal, adult, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates others. We may hide or remove any listing that violates these terms; removal does not entitle you to a refund.

5. No gambling

TopSpot is an advertising placement product. It is not a game of chance, lottery, or wager. Payments buy directory placement, not a prize.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
